The past month has proven to be very busy at the GUNN office. We have been working on two new developer-led residential schemes, one in Whitechapel for 14no. units, and the other in Croydon for 9no. flats.

The GUNN team has been busy this month with events, summer parties and other opportunities to socialise with industry partners and friends. We have hosted a junior intern for the week and celebrated three birthdays this month.

This month we have been working on many interesting projects, ranging in scale and across multiple sectors. Some of our exciting projects this month are: a state-of-the-art headquarters for luxury sushi manufacturer, submitted planning applications for schemes of 5-10 units, as well as permitted development schemes.

Our latest project with Regent’s University, the Refectory Mezzanine, has opened to students on June 1st. We have other exciting projects coming up within Regent’s Blueprint masterplan, which we are excited to reveal in the coming months!

GUNN staff have been busy sponsoring and attending events within the property development industry, as well as giving back to the community through charity projects.

This month we are launching the GUNN Newsletter, which contains a mix of industry-related video content, studio news and research. In April we have moved into a new office on Wardour Street, Soho and we have a number of exciting projects in the pipeline. We have received planning for two residential schemes and are continuing our work on Regent’s University London.

A new member of the team has joined our company, and Duncan has run his 3rd marathon in 12 months. In terms of research, we have been looking into the ‘boarding house typology’, the ‘sticky campus’, as well as ‘meanwhile use housing’.
